97 Corolla or 97 Mazda 323

I'm planning to swap my 97 corolla XE to a 97 mazda familia 323. Reason for the trade is:

1. All power na ang 323, unlike my corolla which is power steering lang.
2. Looks (parang mas sporty ang 323 pormahan).

Any inputs and feedbacks are well appreciated. By the way, I often use my car during weekdays, mostly weekends lang. Thanks!!

If you want power features and porma factor at the expense of fuel consumption and cost of maintenance, go for the 323.

Otherwise, stay with the XE.

One major reason why the Mazda 323 Familia 1.6L is not popular is the gas guzzling manner it goes through gasoline.

The 323 has been reported as a gaz guzzler, if you just want power features, then go to banawe and let the " boys " stick some power windows to your XE

Between a Corolla and a Familia? No brainer yan, Corolla wins hands down.

You can't really compare the XE 1.3 12valve against GLXI Familia 1.6 16valve when it comes to gas consumption, if you dont wanna get away with XE consumption consider the 1.3 16valve Familia GLI na meron din all power features.

stick to your XE.... pagsisisihan mo fuel consumption ng familia. pa convert mo na lang to power windows yung XE mo kung gusto mo.

1.3 GL and LX. Yun 1.6 yan is GLi. Think of it as a GLXi na walang air bag, ABS and CD changer. And the mag wheels (mid 97 model).
