October 20th, 2006 04:19 PM #31Baka hindi PHDM version yan. Or pwede ring pinalagyan. I've ridden in two ESis and none of them had cupholders, but I do agree there's space in front of the gearbox for that accessory to fit. Split-type rear seats, the newer VTis don't have them either, but US versions do.

I bet those cup holders were bought from a surplus shop and installed in his car. ESis had bare-bones features especially in the earlier models. You don't get defogger, 14" wheels, center console lid and even a third brake light. Cup holders in the Corolla became standard starting from the Limited Edition in late 94, and all those other features absent were included in the GLi since its launch.

Sinukat mo ba precisely yan? It's kinda hard to believe a non-VTEC Honda can do such a thing, even in economy mode.

November 7th, 2006 03:25 PM #40For gosh sake, the ESi never had cupholders. Honda didn't even have the decency to equip it with a center console lid. And those 5-spoke mags only came in the 95 model.
You have already posted many good insights before, so don't ruin it just so you can sell your car. Your ESi bias is quite obvious already and you keep stretching the truth. Don't make fools out of people on standard equipment, just because your friend's ESi has those features doesn't mean all others do too, 'coz they DON'T!
OT: Judging by your avatar, I can't exactly figure out how you came up with "cute ass" car guy.
Looks like TGPH silently edited the article and removed the entry for Velocita Motors/Ferrari.
