If the price of the Jazz can be negotiated lower and it is in good running condition with minimum mileage, then go for it. However, for about that amount of money, I might look for a late model Civic FD or Altis (2011-2012) in good shape with low mileage as it is a better buy over a similarly-priced used Jazz.
