Never was a fan of the Toyota Fortuners , but for me mas maganda talaga ang bagong generation nila ng Fortuner ngayon, its got that modern look to it. Why didnt they just make it a different car nalang? Hehe it looks nothing like the 1st gen.

Sabi ngang Bolt-on lang sya. Di ka na magwoworry kung paanoagkakasya. Order ka lang online or sa mga Off road shops sa banawe and pakabit mo na rin sa kanila.

I have a 2.5 mux and sold it to my brother. Im planning to get a fortuner v but was inclined to montero because of the discount they gave me. The price of v fortuner will be the same as montero 4x4. Was these a good decision?
good decision? di pa nabili diba?

I do not really need the 4wd but i can have more freedom and option to go anywhere. I'm an adventurer at motorcycle. I did travel from manila circling visayas with adventure bike. Perhaps i could try with the use of the suv with my family. The deal is toyota fort is asking around 1740000 for 2.4 V while montero is 1750000 on top model gt. Besides i sold my 2.5 mux because of not enough power. And when i change to toyota it will have a slight improvent on engine power 138 hp vs 140++ compared to monteros 181ps. And fort 4x4 is way too expensive at 2.1m and falls a little hp than montero. Regarding cabin size. I felt the fort is narrower than montero in terms of roof ht. And the design of dash makes you feel congested. I like mux cabin because its wider.
Anyway nag dep ako ng 50k sa mitsu. And will arrived in 3weeks gray pinili ko
MUX is just too dated to choose bet. a Montero and a Fort. It's euro 2, it's engine is louder. This is a 2013 model. As compared to the two PPVS which are 2016.
The only time you should consider this if you need a backup PPV for your main PPV, assuming you're going for solid PPV cars in your garage. This is a trend nowadays din nman with owners keeping their 1st Gen Forts as back up to their new Fort. it's practical and you have cars that will have higher resale value in the future.
Mux is also better if you have a farm or ancestral home in the orovince. Use this for that purpose and keep your Fort or Monty for your office commute. That's a good distribution of resources.
But to pit MuX against the other the two, or even the Everest, dapat 2nd choice na lang.

But for 4x4 option i definitely go for montero. Coz its capable of AWD option. Not like mux and fortuner you cannot use its 4x4 at highway for traction during raining. Or climbing and decending zigzag road on slippery rainy season

Compared to Trailblazer? Eh magkamukha at parehas na parehas halos ang dalawa... I am sensing a fanboy here....
YEs! tama ka sir haha.. Im a owner of 2017 MU-X LE. All I can say is nasa sayo yan kung anong bibilin mo kung anong type mo because its your money. Salamat
More bang for your peso talaga ang MUX.
Yup. They may say all the bad stuff about Isuzu mu-X, by the end of the day it will still rise above the pack. It's an honest car, does not boast greatness or beauty but it can do the job of the other expensive SUV in the market today for a bang for your buck.

Ang problema sa MUX parsng nagiging crosswind xuv sa paningin ko habang tumatagal. It has no prestige value whatsoever. But i also want one in the future as it can be a beater car. Very durable vehicle the likes of the Russian Lada Niva

The Trailblazer already has a major facelift, complete with new face and dash. The MUX still soldiers on in its original form, albeit with minimal updates like what IPC typically does with its cars over the years. Hopefully they would at least bring in the 180hp/430Nm version available overseas. Isuzu has the proven reliability/durability card going for it with most of the competition using all new engines.
