to be practical go for the newer one... anyways of the cars you've mentioned they are at par in terms of quality. But if you'll go for either civic or rolla go for the civic, in the sen and lancer i'd choose the sen.. You know since here in Pinas resale value of the sentra and the lancer is lower vs. rolla and civic, mabenta sila sa 2nd hand car buyers it's a "steal" ha, that price at that quality (yun nga lang a bit xpensive nga lang nissan parts compared to others ). Lastly, kinda liked what the Big 3 Jap (toyota, nissan, honda) makers had offered our family for years...

And all naman are maganda pagpinormahan, local stereotype ka nga lang if you set up another Honda civic though.
