thank you for taking your time.

sir starbutt, sir psylocke...sinusubaybayan ko po yung thread nyo. if ever i opt to buy a honda jazz...sana walang hassle.

it took me almost 3 months to convinced myself na mag jazz nlng. first choice ko tlg mazda3...ganda sana kaya lng wala pa akong nakikitang nagmamanehong lady driver (aside from iya villiana sa isang tv commercial) and for the very reason na maliit yun garahe ko.

anyway, may two weeks pa ako to decide... maliban sa "rattle" ano pa po bang mga problems ang na encounter nyo sa jazz?

The Dealer itself can be a problem Specially the Ayala Owned CASAs.

If you really want a Honda go for the Yuchengco guys.

    Honda Manila

    And goodluck too! hehehehehe

I think your choice should be:

    Jazz 1.3AT or Jazz 1.5vtec?

I'd go for the Jazz 1.3AT. Sobrang tipid, sarap at ang daling i-drive! . No dashboard rattling sound for me since I bought mine last October 2005 at Honda Kalookan.

Try to go and compare deals with Honda Edsa-Kalookan? Heard you can still buy the '05 model (tail light and a few skirts lang naman naiba) and even ask for your own color (ex. Yellow!) at a very cheap price.

"rumor" has it that yuchengco's hondakal has less inept technicians and better sales personnel. yong sa ayala's, "susmaryusep"!

i just checked the displayed honda jazz (color blue) in honda pasig (ayala's) near eastwood along libis. nakita ko na ang lagayan ng reserbang gulong ay may dalawang welded metals. in other words, may butas or kinalawang. kinut-off yong butas or kalawang tapos nilagyan ng ng metal sheets then welded on. tapos pininturahan. yong pintura ng welded metals ay bluish!

    he he he

check it yourself tomorrow and tell if i am lying!

Between the two, I'd go with the Jazz. It looks much better than the City IMO. Loading flexibility is the same, since both have the ULT option, but the City does have a bigger boot, which also shows in its design.

"rumor" has it that a 1.5 a/t is as efficient, if not more efficient, than a 1.3 manual, city or jazz. check it for yourself. we still have our lemon city 1.5 at, and it use 1 liter for every 10 kms "pure" city driving. no cheating. no overstatement.

    Here's the "2007" model:

    ducktail

    new wheels

    new colors

and a very hideous tail pipe finisher

BTW it's called the City "Premier", they come up with $hitter and $hittier names these days...
