cousin intends to buy, CRV or field master, both of them yr 2000 model. any suggestions and why? ty

First, what is your cousin's purpose of getting the vehicle? People carrier? How many? Fuel efficiency? and the likes.
Personally, I recommend the Pajero. Why? Because:
it's diesel so it's cheaper to run
can carry up to 9 people
can hold up better on potholes and floods than the CR-V
I'm not a Honda fan. hehehe!

Fieldmaster, hands down. Just check that the turbo is in good condition and that it doesn't eat oil.
It's got a smoother ride than the CR-V, it's diesel and it's bigger. The CRV is more agile, but that's all it has going for it.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

1. runs on cheaper diesel fuel
2. can carry heavier loads / more passengers vs CRV
3. more heavy-duty vs CRV

Hindi ba mas takaw carnap ang Paj kesa CR-V?
Dunno really, kaya am asking.
The assumption that the vehicle runs on the road, the ECU is more than likely a match. Try cleaning...
