I'm with you on there bro.

Dapat ipaalis ng Honda ang mga designers na gumawa ng "bucktooth". Because IMHO, that's the ugliest Honda vehicle I've ever seen in my life (talo pa ang Honda Pilot).

Parang walang effort talaga from the design team. Di ko nga alam kung anong age market ang gustong kunin nila eh.

Oh well, I guess target market for this car: "SENIOR CITIZENS"

Thus, the new CR-V: Giving old people something to smile about!

I find the cr-v like some abs-cbn comedians... the looks is confusing... maganda na ba o panget parin?

Pero from the designers view, nagandahan siguro...

Mitsu outlander - reason - i've driven it and it is a fun cuv to drive(should provide 2nd best performance figures next to forester but the Subie is just to tired looking to win me over though its been out for several years already) . Add other unique features then i would think that its ahead of the pack - try test driving to believe.

    1. Rav4- CBU Japan, EPS, 2.4VVti (not screaming power but more than enough), outlandish design, Toyota badge. Made for the ones who wish to be different in a tasteful way

    2. Fortuner 3.0D4d- exudes confidence like no other SUV, worth every penny, pogi (not in a cutesy, nonsense way), frugal, coil springs, torquey, high resale

    3. Sta. fe- Crdi, power, latest buzz

2nd to the last. Alterra- One questin to al who bought the alterra: WHY?

Last. Everest- may it ever rest in peace. ol' model much better, a spectacular engine encapsulated in a not-so-spectacular body design. Sayang, or baka hindi lang nila ako market. I dunno...

...i am just expressing my opinion, pasintabi po sa mga na-offend.

Yeah. Issues like burning CRVs (in the US, leaking oil filter causes engine fires), broken motor mounts (CRV again), suspensions (RAV4... and, strangely, Innova), electronics (Nissan and Mazda), paint (Honda), brakes (Fortuner)... suspension bushings (Ford Everest... which is a Mazda, and most Mazdas), blown engines from oil sludging (various Toyotas, US... which is why they haven't copied Honda's 10,000 km service interval here, yet), blown diesel injectors (Isuzu, and for a short time, Toyota), blown turbos (Mitsubishi's Pajero scandal), loose trim (oh, Honda, Toyota, Nissan... just about everyone) I could go on and on and on....

Take it from someone who's owned a lot of Japanese cars... they're not all indestructible. They're not all Corollas... not even the Toyotas.

    ------

I say: vote with your wallet... hehehe... our wallet is about to vote for the Santa Fe... I can't wait!

    My shortlist:

    1. Santa Fe: bang-for-buck, diesel to boot

    2. Everest 3.0 4x4: off-road hot-rod

    3. Outlander V6: If you don't really need the space

    1. Hyundai SantaFe CRDi 4x4

    2. Hyundai SantaFe CRDi 4x2

    3. Hyundai-KIA Sorento CRDi VGT 4x4 (upcoming model with projected SRP of 1.5M)

    4. Ford Everest Duratorq 3.0 4x4 (latest model). This Ford isn't so bad, good price too.

    5. Subaru Forester XT (good car but i'm not really a fan of petrol cars).
