If thats a 2000 astra wagon... Ayus yan! ang ganda nung mga black astra wagons na may irmscher body kit & accessories... nagmumukhang audi sa ganda...![]()
What are your expectations and why are you getting a German car?
From what I heard, the 190E can be quite cramped sa likod since maliit talaga yung kaha (I would think the same of the BMW but I cannot guarantee you that). Matipid yung 190E 2.3 and it also has decent power.
Contrary to popular belief, MBs and BMWs aren't that quite hard to maintain dahil parts are readily available. The two differ in purpose. The BMW will most likely have a sportier feel, while the MB a more solid but stable handling. I cannot say much on the Opel, though.
i would go for the 190e mbenz because of its durablity and reliability, its been built to last by MB talaga.. we have our 1983 240d 123 body MB and its been very reiliable and parts are easy to find and cheap considering its an MB... suspension has very smooth ride.. no probs and potholes or humps sa road....![]()
Medyo magiging bias akoJoin us minsan sa mga Eb spidey, then feel free to ask questions regarding about sa Astra
Ok din ung 2000 model pero kung may chance na may 2001, mas ok siya in some way's

Hmmm... the 190E? MB classic yun, somewhat sporty if you can get an early one in MT... One of my dream cars is the 190E 2.3 Cosworth... MB's answer to the early BMW M3.
The 1990 320 is also kinda small, as far as I know, but quite sporty, and still good looking.
But if you want a sort of modern interior and comfort, I think the Astra wagon is the best bet, and it's also kind of pretty when you dress it up.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Hey, if you are looking for an Astra, I have a black sedan (2000 model) for sale with under 30k mileage. Nothing to fix too btw.
Just PM me if youre interested. Di na kasi nagagamit masyado.![]()
i'd go for the benz..easier and cheaper parts to find..tsaka shempre a very reliable car ang benz!!
pre, im selling my mb 190e 1985 for a very good price. let me know if you're interested.
Mercedes-Benz 190E Cosworth
one of my dream collectibles, too!
ganda pag naka body kit! choose mercedes, its a classic already!
but of course, check muna state and condition ng car bago kunin...
190E aka W201 for me. Kahit yung 2.3 or 2.6 model. Medyo overkill at exotic na sa akin yung mga 2.3-16. The 2.3 engine made around 136bhp. Adequate power to carry the body.
Keeper car ito. Pwede nang ipamana. Parts are easy to find (surplus, brand new, replacement and OEM). Numerous third-party Mercedes only shops in the Metro.
Best used as a personal car. The back seats are cramped. That's one reason we didn't trade up to a W201 and just kept the W123.

benz owners that i talked to told me na lemon daw ang 190e.
we've had one before at nasira nga agad ang engine block at kung anu ano pang gremlins.
with your choices..id go with the bmw 320i
At the vehicle's age, malamang napagawa na yung block problem ng W201 and/or other gremlins. The block problem did not affect the whole range. Only the early ones. The 2.3 and 2.6 engines are shared with the W124. We've had no problem with the 2.3 engine that could not be resolved at reasonable cost and time.
Btw, the technology and skill has trickled down already. Opening the 2.3/2.6 is also possible via most shadetree third party Mercedes Benz shops.

if i was in your position, id choose the e36 first, w201 second and the astra 3rd.
but... i drive an '86 W201 2.3 m/t myself. it is a good ride and definitely a keeper. parts are easy to find whether new, used or replacements. and price is not that far off from say a honda, except those big parts like the radiator (12k) compressor (35k) rear shocks (4k*) hehe.. back seat is not too bad, my kids fit ok back there ;-) gas consumption is average, i'd say around 7k/l mixed city/nlex driving which is ok for a 2.3 engine. just dont sit too long in traffic and you can actually see the fuel gauge go down![]()
so far lahat good feedbacks ang nakukuha ko about these cars..pag mayaman na ako, ung 3 yan bibilhin ko!!! im still having a hard time deciding between them. nakakalito.
