your revo can probably be sold for more than 350k, especially since it's a diesel and a toyota. but the picanto will have a higher resale value, given its age.

if you do get a new car, there are other better choices than the L300FB (which has cabin cooling issues due to the large windows and the relatively poor aircon). base model crosswind or adventure perhaps?
