Of course mileage is not the only indicator of a vehicle's condition. Cars in the US generally have very high mileage, but are in better condition due to better road and traffic conditions.

I will keep this in mind.

Iniisip ko if good buy ba yun if ever ibenta?

Me, personally? Assuming the odometer is original and has not been tampered with? I'll go with older car and (lower) mileage.

    One thing to add...

Naalala ko sis-in-law ko, Almera kasi car nya.

Company owned pero assigned sya outside the Metro.

So kahit mataas mileage nya, maayos naman maintenance

-> baka walang pambili ng gas si Car #2 (2014 - 20K mileage)
-> no gas = di magamit = no maintenance

20k is very low for a 5 year old car. Is this a coding car? Was in storage for a long time? Tampered mileage? Check first if condition matches the mileage.

Haha yung coding car namin binili mid 2017, 68k mileage. Ngayon 73k.

Kaya nga dapat you will scrutinize the PM records. Go to the casa where it is serviced and ask for the records. Makikita mo din dun yung average time between services which can confirm the odometer reading. If there are any doubts then just look for another.
