Pros:
maganda porma.
madaming parts.
madaming enthusiasts.
reasonable FC.
Cons:
weak stock/OEM suspension components, but if you had it replaced by aftermarket parts, tapos ang problema mo.
not so good resale value.

June 5th, 2009 01:52 AM #5The 1997 Pizza Pie Lancer can be dressed up to look like the 2001 Lancer. It seems that the model's frame may have became the basis for all the lancers which came afterwards, riding at the latest lancer, for instance, int's interior space seems to be almost identical to the 1997 Lancer.
Also, the 1997 Lancer was released at around August of 1996. So you may actually find 1997 Lancers purchased in 1996.
The 1997 Lancer's cyclone engine is remarkably reliable. If I remember right it was the Evolution setup on the Pizza Pie Lancer which won Mitsubishi a World Rallye title.
I very uch like the suspension f the 1997 Lancer although I heard that certain units were shipped witha different kind of front suspension which was prone to being damaged. Luckily, the one I got was the tough kind of suspensionLast edited by webmiester; June 5th, 2009 at 02:09 AM.
