Also, are mirror-like (quantum magic series) recommended over the standard graphite super black series?

I've tried lots of combinations of tint, here are my comments:

    1. 3M CS05 sides, CS20 windshield
    - Unseen from outside even under direct sunlight (at best, silhouette) so very good privacy
    - Visibility from inside at night is acceptable when paired with LED headlamps
    - Heat rejection is acceptable
    - Great value for money at 3.5k for wraparound

    2. VKool VK70 wraparound
    - Very visible from outside
    - Outstanding road visibility at night even with halogen headlamps
    - Very good heat rejection considering visibility
    - Very expensive (20k even at 50% off)

    3. VKool OEM20 wraparound
    - Slightly visible from outside during broad daylight
    - Same visibility as 3M CS20 WS/CS05 sides at night
    - Same heat rejection as 3M CS
    - More expensive at 5.5k wraparound

    4. VKool K14 Magic Tint wraparound
    - Visibility dependent on angle, sometimes mirror finish will obscure visibility, sometimes silhouette visible at night and broad daylight
    - Good road visibility at night even with halogen headlamps
    - Outstanding heat rejection
    - Great value for money at 6.5k wraparound

    5. 3M FXST 05 wraparound
    - Cannot be seen from outside
    - Almost zero visibility from inside at night, too dangerous
    - Heat rejection same as 3M CS20 WS CS05 sides
    - Cheap at 2.5k wraparound

Best performance: Vkool K14 but ugly aesthetics
Best value for money: 3M CS20 WS/CS05 sides
Best aesthetics: Vkool VK70 but no privacy and very expensive

Bottomline: Everything is a compromise, just choose what you value most.

Thanks. Have you ever tried using Solar Gard's Quantum Magic and Graphite Super Black series though? Because it comes with my car purchase, my choices are limited to these:

    Quantum 14
    Quantum 19
    Quantum 37
    Graphite XG -5
    Graphite XG - 20
    Graphite XG -35

I have been installing super dark tints all around and medium for windshield Eversince.

Never had any problems with visibility kahit malakas pa ulan. Again, it's up to you the user kung saan ka comfortable.

From experience, the difference between brands is not as significant as the difference between tint types (i.e. plain black vs magic).

So you're really just choosing between Quantum 14 and Graphite XG20/XG05, and this is just like choosing between 3M CS vs BC or Vkool OEM vs K-series.

I would go for Graphite XG20 WS and XG05 sides simply because I'm not a big fan of the aesthetics of magic tint.

What don't you like with the Quantum 19? Why didn't you compare it with the XG20?

When you say WS, are you also referring to the rear windshield/window?

What made you not like the aesthetics of magic tint? How does it look like from the outside and inside?

Sorry, did you purchase the parking lot? Or is this a common area for unit owners who did not purchase parking?

In my place there are no common parking areas for tenants/homeowners, only for guests but overnight parking is not allowed or risk getting clamped. Homeowners/tenants either buy or lease.
