guys, how do you pay for a new car in cash sa casa? talagang cash or do they accept manager's check or bank deposit?
    Thanks

Cash, manager's check or bank deposit doesn't matter.

    Any of which will do..

Ako I prefer to have it deposited sa account, or MC.

But if nag insist si client na cash na lang, hatid ko sya sa cashier para sya mag abot ng cash mismo.

cash, if you're not un-comfortable bringing a small bayong-ful of it... and have the patience to count it / have it counted... and if you want to drive it out of the casa the soonest.
i use manager's cheque. it's got a built-in paper trail of sorts. i bring it to the SA, and ask him to call me when the car is ready for pick-up, usually a few days later.

i think there's a vague law buried deep somewhere, that dis-allows paying a huge amount in coins.. something about being too cumbersome...
the store can actually decline your coins.

Most dealers don't accept personal cheque. Company cheque or MC lang

Not true. I have paid with personal check many times. As long as you don't immediately
get your car until your check has cleared.

Thanks for the replies. Cumbersome nga to bring a bayongful of cash. Plus you have to wait for them to count the money!! Too toxic.
Read an article too that the bangko sentral can actually file a case of coin hoarding if you have a substantial amount of coins[emoji12] I think it's part of economic sabotage daw

Has someone tried to use his credit card to pay the entire or at least a portion of the selling price of the car? Sayang din credit card points especially using BDO credit card.

Ito gagawin namin. Na approve na ng banks yung credit tto cash ng credit cards namin mag asawa. Pero portion lang talaga. Compared sa personal loan, mas mababa talaga ang interest. Pero oo nga ano, yung rewards points. I have to ask if yung points ay maga apply pa din habang binabayaran namin yung loan.
