Bro I think the net increase for gasoline will be Php 5.65 over 3 years. 2.65 next year, 2.00 on top of that in 2019 and 1.00 on top of that in 2020. The Php 7.00 excise tax they mentioned for next year already takes into account the existing Php 4.35 excise tax for gas.

For diesel it will be Php 6.00 broken into 2.50, 2.00, 1.00.
