when you bought the car from the bank, the money was for the car alone.
everything else beyond that, including mortgage release papers, you are expected to pay for.

You will. Bank shoulders nothing. They will just give you deed of sale, or/cr, court documents if foreclosed by sherrif or deed of voluntary surrender, cancellation of encumbrance

You process the cancellation of encumbrance through registry of deeds, and pay

Go to hpg for clearance and pay.

Go to lto to transfer ownership and pay

Bale sa work ko kasi now, pwede kami mag reimburse ng personal insurance including car insurance. At kukuha pa lang ako ng insurance ulit. Bad news e, marere-imburse lang kung sa name ko nakapapangalan ang insurance. Kaya kailangan ko na i-transfer sa name ko ang registration sa LTO, para sa name ko rin lumabas ang insurance.

Sorry sa pagbuhay ng thread mga paps. Bale, i'll be getting a unit tomorrow. and mukhang buy and sell si koya, and according to him, nakapangalan pa ang ORCR sa first owner(sya ang 2nd owner). Before kasi nagpachange ownership na din ako ng first car ko na 2nd hand(unit was under the seller's name). ORCR, valid IDs with signature ni seller, DOS then napachange name ko sya after a year na din pero wala naman ako naging problem. ngayon, dito sa kukunin ko, my additional requirements ba ako na kelangan bukod sa ORCR, open DOS and valid IDs(first owner and 2nd owner)?

never naging legal second owner si bayan seller.
ni hindi lalabas yung pangalan ni bayan seller sa documento.
subukan mong papirmahing wet-ness si bayan seller...
