yung gen1 namin na wigo, pinaka mababang city FC ko 9km/l. lumakas lang kasi naka 17s wheels ako pero normally 10.7 to 12.3 km/l nung all stock pa siya.

wow...manual ba? i heard manual na wigo can di 10-12 easy. we've been thru a couple of econocars na auto. namely celerio, i10 and wigo. all were auto, all couldnt do better than 6.5 in the city, 12 on long highway drives.

It will always depend on the traffic conditions and your average speed.

Not all city driving is the same - EDSA driving during rush hour (11 kph avg) is city driving. Driving on Katipunan on a Sunday (25 kph avg) is city driving.

I get 6.5 km/L with the former, 10 km/L with the latter. Even with the same car and same driving habits.

That's too low sir. I use a Mirage G4 MT for city driving and the lowest I could get is 12 km/L. The CVT should even be more economical than that.

Sir dr. d may be right. The reading may have been 7 li/100 km.

FC would depend on a lot of factors. If most of your trips are into heavy traffic or are very short, don't expect good figures.

Regarding the choices, I would say look at your budget and then the safety features offered at the price point. And try to test drive all of them.

Or... either all uphill (paakyat pala ng Kennon Road ) or baka naman naka low gear setting dun sa automatic. Sa Mirage ata "B" yun instead of either "1, 2 or L". Feeling ko typo error lang ng poster yan.

A few weeks back, nasa NLEX ako Northbound cruising at 100-110kph, then this Suzuki Alto comes up sa overtaking lane... and pulls away. May pinipilit siyang sabayan na lumang Camry na kasama ata nila LOL. I was laughing all the way to Pampanga at the little 800cc car putting up a heroic fight (and at how suicidal the driver was ) They must have been at 140+ and near max rev seeing how the gap quickly widened from my Hilux.
