Baka hindi napapaliguan ng maayos yung Innova kaya may-BO.

Stick to sedan? Maybe a Hyundai Sonata or Kia Optima? These offer better space over your usual 1.6L to 1.8L sedan.

The Mitsu Grandis may have been worth checking out but it's not sold anymore. There's also the EU cars (Benz, BMW, Audi)... what's your budget?

here is my logic: i dont want a hi ace/starex because it might be too big. (but if i have no choice so be it)

i want to stay with sedan because its fuel efficient. there maybe larger sized sedans out there. i dont want japanese anymore!

i dont want crossover vehicle because they are gas guzzler and just the same as car in space. (that's pretty pointless)

so where do i go from here. maybe a minivan style. like a volvo mommy van??

please help God bless your soul.
I think you are really lost.

You sold your 'small' Corolla yet you're kinda inclined with the 'small' Elantra. You dont want a crossover for the gas guzzling and because they're 'just the same as car in space'. A larger sedan prolly, a Camry or Accord or a Mazda 6 will be larger than your Corolla but will be as guzzler as a crossover for sure and wait, they're Japanese too.

    -Kia Soul -Crossover X
    -Kia Carens -Bad reviews X
    -Mazda 6 -Japanese X
    -Tucson/Sportage CRDi -Crossover X
    -CX5 -Japanese XX
-Subaru XV/Forester -Crossover and Japanese, too XX
    -Legacy Wagon- Japanese X

    Volvo V40, then

    or V60

i agree to that.. i just can't think of any minivan (the TS doesn't want a crossover) that is unibody and is not Japanese...

ok, ok pa din ako sa sedan basta mas malaki sa alits.

let me guess. high fuel consumption.
    the TS wants something like:

    a) Bigger Space
    b) Excellent FC
    c) Non-japanese or non-korean.... Possibly, non-chinese.

    Wala akong idea except:

    a) Volvo (or other Eurocar station wagons), but I don't know if these can suit your FC requirements.
    b) Filipino Jeepney (matagtag.... mausok).
    c) a VW Caravelle

mahirap yan dude. You have to figure out a way to satisfy or limit your desires....

    Kia Optima

Sonata GLS premium for a price of Camry 2.5G and not Japanese.

yours for 1.480M. Sonatas, Camrys, Accords and 6s of same specs cost around 1.7M.

Keyless operation, 18" rims, power everything including seats with memory, auto AC, panoramic sunroof, 6AT and 2.4L engine. Complete with host of airbags, ABS, traction control etc.

Buying the lowest specd accord (1.7M) could give you a middle spec to TOTL SUV already. Plus sa midsize sedan kawawa ang gas consumption mo. Medyo contradicting sir yung requirement mo sa part na un

theres a new sonata 2.0 premium, loses 10hp only to the 2.4, might be more effcient, apparently loaded, 1.48m also

Why would you get a 2.0L? When you can get a 2.4L for the same price?

In this size of cars, power to weight, peak power etc also plays a role in your FC.

Then dapat hindi mo na binenta altis mo, a bigger car with an economic fuel consumption?

Wala naman ata bigger than the altis na naka 1.6/1.8 na makina.

kia carnival SWB (short wheel base), diesel crdi vgt engine, walang usok, tipid sa diesel, 8 seater, big luggage space.

you just can't compare the fuel economy of a gasoline powered sedan to a minivan with crdi diesel engine. your altis probably has a mileage like 8km/l and thats P56/liter. the starex (bigger) gets 8km/l city, 11 km/l hiway FULLY LOADED at a diesel price of P42/liter. do the math. the carnival, which is smaller, probably has better mileage than the starex. if you really want fuel economy then get a crdi diesel.

a diesel innova is actually more efficient than a fiesta or a civic

If your budget is big enough you can get a Peugeot 508 sedan, but its 1.795 million (I think)
actually their suvs and the mpv is cheaper

or get the 7 seater hyundai sta fe or kia sorento. or the chevrolet trailblazer. all these seat 7 passengers, in the price range of the accord that you like (1.7M) and are all crdi vgt diesel suvs. stop thinking that suvs are gas guzzlers, these do not drink gas. these sip diesel. my sorento does 13km/l at 120 kph, okay. you can't do that with your gasoline powered sedan.
