As for the diesel question above, i dont see why modern diesels should cost more to maintain than petrols. I myself have a diesel car and maintenance cost is just similar to my petrol car, both are sedans. Do diesel Monteros and Fortuners require more frequent oil changes? That might explain why those were mentioned above.

Require more liters of oil

hmmm... sa japanese cars, less than 4 liter lang. usualy anywhere from 3-3.5 liters of oil.

Kaya pala mas magastos nga sa oil change ang Fort at Montero. Anyway, it might change when their next generation models start using more modern diesel engines that are smaller displacement due to better efficiency. Those current models are still stuck with the big old diesel powerplants from the past decade.

newer generation pickup based suvs still use big displacement engines 2.8L or 3.2L

aside from them, the amarok 2.0L uses 7.5L engine oil.

isuzu is testing the 1.9L diesel engine for pickups. I would guess it would require at least 6liters engine oil.

pwede naman kahit hindi ka nga magpa PMS..

pero pag nagka problema and you need to claim warranty.. most probably denied yan.. kaya for the first 3 years.. dapat sa CASA for warranty purposes..

Mazda doesn't give us any options. Yojin3...FREE PMS 1st 3yrs. All one has to do is show up in each & every... if you won't want any running around em warranty claims.[emoji4]
