I just need your help regarding car documents and papers, I was about to buy this nice honda car, but we decided to hold it off for a while,, because in the OR/CR the color of the car is white, ..but current color is green and also the current owner was not on the OR/CR, it was still named to the 1st owner.the owner told me he had it open deed of sale from the first owner and he said there would be no problem ,if i bought and made another deed of sale. I text the LTO to verify the plate, and there's no apprehension and alarm for the car.

Is it ok to buy the car, considering it had an open deed of sale. I want it to register to my name,in case I decided to buy it, what problems I might encounter ? How much it will cost me to have it on my name...Regards
