It would be easier if you have a photocopy of your CR, it would help the LTO in searching for the CR in their archives.

March 4th, 2011 01:01 PM #13buhayin ko lang tong topic mga boss, I lost my CR too 2 years ago pa, d ko na muna pinoproblema, ngayon gusto ko na i benta oto ko
Nakakuha ko ng xerox copy ng CR, meron na rin ako affidavit of loss, pero me nakapagsabi sakain na mahirap daw magprocess ng lost CR dahil sa carnapping issue is this true?
and any tips? TIA!!

kung di naman carnapped ang sasakyan mo di walang problema.. dalhin mo kung san originally naka register.. i stencil lang nila yan, bigay mo yung affidavit of loss and photocopy nang CR mo.. then valid id mo.. yun lang yun.. pay the fee.. then gagawa ka na nila nang bagong CR..

March 4th, 2011 10:24 PM #17yun nga din sabi ko sa mag-aayos, gusto lang cguro ng dagdag na padulas, sa novaliches pa kase orig nakaregister ng honda shaw, kaya sobrang hassle asikasuhin, tsaka mangmang talaga ako sa ganun, hehe. Yun nga lang, hindi kase ako unang me ari nung oto, ako lang nagtuloy nung loan tas hindi ko napalipat yung rehistro sa name ko, d ko talaga kilala yung me ari, through bank lang yung ginawa ko transactions, hinanap ko na rin dati me ari, nasa abroad na ata so I can't provide her ID's
