Lost OR/CR

hi peeps,

Just wanna inquire if anyone here got thru the hussle of loosing the original OR/CR. It was originally under the name of the 1st owner, pero nung binenta nya sa akin, deed of sale lang kami nagpirmahan. The OR/CR was handed to me pero di ko muna pina-change, coz I thought sa registration sked na lang, but unfortunately na-misplaced yun.

Any info kung how much kumuha ngayon nun? Any insights on this topic or any idea of me going through this hussle?
