ask ko lang po I'm planning to buy a 2nd hand car, 1st owner daw sabi ng ads, what documents should I check, do I need to verify it sa LTO or PNP ba yun para makita if hotcar nga eto, kung 1st owner nga sya should I still have it verified?

2nd question is im from pangasinan, say mag papatransfer na ako ng ownership, meron ba malapit dito sa pangasinan na TMG office? or should I go to Manila? thanks guys..

1. check the original OR/CR. If possible, hingi ka muna ng copy so you can have it validated kung hot car or not. if the seller can provide you with one document from TMG, much better.

2. ang process ng change ownership is you have to do it dun sa original LTO office where the car was originally registered. pag natapos na yun, pwede mo na i-register dyan sa LTO sa pangasinan.
