Once again I need your help/advice to my very serious problem

I bought a car this year lang january

I went to TMG-PNP Pasig para lang sana kumuha ng PC clearance this monday Feb 10

Nag inquire ako and then someone assist me ( YUNG MGA NAKA RED UNIFORM DUN SA TMG PASIG )
Sinabi ko PC clearance lang pero inofferan ako ownership transfer + registration nadin na umabot ng almost 8K

Sabi pa kung pc clearance lang daw aabutin pa ng linggo or something

E ako naman si TANGA pumayag na at nagtiwala dahil dun naman nag ttrabaho yung nag assist sakin but not sure pero naka pula kasi talaga lahat ng nag aassist dun pati yung nag sstencil

Now i paid almost 8K and he has all the orig docs of the car ( OR / CR , Deed Of Sale , a copy of my 2 id with 3 signatures , same with the previous owner )

He said this friday ok na pero tinawagan ako kagabi na next week padaw ng friday makukuha pero na-computer nadaw and other alibi's and all that. So wala nako nagawa pumayag nalang ako na next week na nga talaga at pipilitin niya padaw mapaaga by friday

I know this was a biggest mistake from the start and the fact na ang laki ng binayad kong lagay para lang ma process to at ganto pa nangyari . I know this was all on me and i admit my mistakes .

My Questions


1.)What can i do in this kind of situation? Shall i wait until next friday?

* Wala talaga ako alam sa mga ganto i know i should have process the transfer and registration in a legal way with no fixers pero nangyari na to so i need all the advice you can give guys thank you

2.)Gano ba talaga katagal mag process ng transfer of ownership at registration ng car?

*Orig Registered ang car when 1st bought is sa Manila East District Office ( checked on OR ) so sa pasig po yun right?

*Pero nakatira ako BF Homes Paranaque at yung 1st owner ay sa las pinas , last rehistro ng car ay sa Muntinlupa

3.)What if i file an affidavit of loss nalang to get the ORIG OR/CR of the car if ever diko parin makuha sa next friday ? pwede ba yon?

*Hindi pa sakin nakapangalan yung car , on the process palang sana when this mess happen

*What should i do? to file an affidavit of loss? kailangan ba yung Registered owner parin ng car ang mag file non? kahit may deed of sale kame(notarized)?


What i have right now is:

*photocopy of the OR/CR (b&w lang)

*2 Orig Deed of sale w/ notarized ( actually nagpa notaryo pa kami ulit ng isa dahil daw yung mga notarized na asa akin parang xerox copy ang dating dahil hindi masyado clear ang type writer na ginamit kaya nagpa notaryo pa mismo ako dun sa TMG buti may copy ako na open deed with the previous owner signature so dun ko nalang nilagyan ng name ko at signature sa buyer field )

*photo copy of the 2 id and 3 signatures of the 1st owner

* 1 bond paper letter of the TMG Agent stating that he have all the original papers of the car but hindi naka list down dun sa paper nayun kung ano ano yung orig papers na hawak niya , nakalagay lang is : " originals papers of the car plate no : *** **3 ( with his signature and 2 valid id , dun ko nalaman na TMG agent siya dahil may agent nakalagay sa position niya )
btw ending ng plate ko is 3

yung conversation namin sa txt hindi ko din binubura from the start .


nakakausap kopa naman yung 1st owner pero di niya pa alam na eto yung nangyari


Napaka laking problema neto sakin and i dont know how to solve this natatakot din ako bumyahe dahil wala akong OR/CR just the photo copy lng

wag niyo na po akong pagalitan dahil inaamin ko naman yung katangahang ginawa ko sana yun can give adivce and help me on this so far nag tetext pa sakin yung Agent na next week nadaw talaga sure by friday pero i dont know kung totoo payun kaya i need to know what steps should i do kung sakaling mangyari na nga ang di inaasahan
