Thank you in advance.

what is your cash budget, po?
with a little luck and some pasensiya, 450K can already get you a good-condition, used innova diesel, altis or vios.
and because of the price of diesel fuel, a diesel innova can give them minicars a run for their gasoline money.

re-possessed cars are used cars. be aware of all the bewares thereof.

"get a toyota". parts are reputed to be easier to source, from the casa as well as from non-casa.
buy from actual owners. they are more pleasant to talk to, they probably know more about the merchandise than bayan sellers or banks, and they may agree to more significant tawads.

repossessed cars are, just like any used car, always a gamble. moreso if one does not know how to evaluate a used car.
also, keep in mind that the sale price of bank-repossessed cars, includes only the car, on as-is-where-is basis. anything else, including paperworks, you may have to pay for.
there are several stories of repossesed car woes here in tsikot. peruse them and be afraid... and be careful.
pay a mekaniko to go with you. he probably knows more than you, in evaluating cars.

i have a five-year old wigo AT, with over 45K on the odometer.
no issues and nothing significantly significant that needs fixing.
get the automatic. it is not that much more expensive than manual. hindi ka magsisisi.

try them both out, and see which car you are more comfortable with.

First. My Dad applied a car loan then the car was named and registered under my name. Is there any problem that will occur in the car loan of my father?

Second. My Dad applied a car comprehensive insurance on the same establishment but the insurance was under his name and not mine (registered owner of the car) because it was his name in the car loan. What will happen in the insurance that my Dad applied for? Is it applicable for me as the owner of the car?

P.S. The car was already registered under my name in the OR/CR given by the LTO.

    Please help me! Thank you!

my guess is, "someone from the bank advised it".
but yes, it does look confusing.

But since ganyan supposedly nangyari, am doubtful makaclaim sila kung may mangyari habang hindi naayos yung papeles on the insurance side kasi lumalabas yung insurance policy is for a car under dad's name pero ang lalabas na claim nila is for a car under son's name.

you have to understand their side.
naninigurado sila, in case may mag-complain.

    OT.
our high school teacher says the only difference between his nbi record and an ex-convict's, is one letter.

Yup, baka may experience sila na ganun. Just saying na yung little discrepancy nga na ganun napansin nila, all the more yung totally ibang pangalan.
