i think, the financing company will pay you in full.
ask them, po.
inquire about the payment (to you) schedule.
put it in writing.
"the contract is a memory aid, in case the signatories forget..."

You won't be handing the car over w/o full payment.

I have yet to receive from the buyer kung anong financing company aapplyan niya and kung cash or check ba.

But yeah i wont hand it over pag di full payment.

One thing im worried baka idadaan pa nila sa appraisal at babaratin.

Yes, super hassle.

1) Buyer pays you cash down payment
2) Bank inspection of car
3) Bank issues letter of guarantee
4) CR is transferred to the buyer
5) You get the balance from the bank

IF you have a cash in full buyer, ditch the other.

pa-inspection niya sa orix

hintay kami credit advice

pag dating ng credit advice nandun ung amount financed and amount ng down ng customer

pag binayaran na kami ng customer release ko na unit

collection ko sa orix ang balanse

sino gaganahan mag benta sa financing kung matagal processing

benta mo nalang sa cash buyer

parang yung condo nang boss ko may bumibili gusto financing.. ganyan din.. mag down tapos mag issue nang GL ang bank.. then kailangan ilipat yung title nang condo sa buyer.. bago pa lang mag issue nang money ang bank.. hindi pumayag yung boss ko pano daw kung bigla sya mamatay nasa pangalan na nang buyer yung condo wala pa sa kanya yung pera.. hehehe
