Yeah. Super lugi ka pag assume balance.

And yeah, if it's just one year into the loan, you shouldn't have to pay ****. Naka depreciate na, bayad ka pa ng full cost plus amortization? No effin' way.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Apparently, some people are delusional or take people to be stupid.

If the owner agrees NOT to be reimbursed for DP and the DP is at least 20%, that should take care of the depreciation.

Agree here. They're already trying to find a way out of their predicament, gusto pang kumita.

yun sa car sales data thread, sabi sa article ngaun duon third month low na ang car sales starting august. eh di ba dun ki-nap ng LTFRB ang Uber na hinde na pwede magdagdag ng car

grabe, all this time yun sinasabi nila malakas ang benta ng car, Uber lang pala yun. tsk tsk. now, that nabisto na that every subprime car owner are justifying to themselves that they are buying a car for themselves na pwede din nila gamitin pamasada so they went thru with the purchase of low-downs and no-downs tapos ngaun hindi makabayad.

this is disturbing indeed. what's to come ??? are we headed for some sort of financial meltdown in terms of credit ratings. diba dapat madami na bumibile cars ngaun kasi october na, dahil sigurado magmamahal pag december. how come nobody's buying?

    from Senator JVE:

WE MAY NOT NEED TRAIN WITH IMPROVED BOC and BIR COLLECTION

WE may not need, after all, the proposed TRAIN (Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion), which seeks to increase taxes on certain strategic items like petroleum products and impose new ones like the levy on sugar-sweetened beverages, which are basic consumer commodities,

I consider it as a strong argument against the TRAIN, the recent developments wherein the BOC (Bureau of Customs) collected P42-billion worth of import duties and taxes last October, the highest take in a month in the bureau’s history, and the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) netting over P138 billion in September, which was higher than its P130.12 billion goal for the month.

This means we can raise revenues even without increasing taxes or imposing new ones.

I also commend the BOC for successfully confiscating undervalued luxury cars at the MICP (Manila International Container Port) worth P107 million.

I believe this could also be done with improved BIR collection as we follow up their shortfalls and targets. If we will only improve our taxes and duties collections and also tighten the noose on smugglers through a serious and sustained anti-smuggling campaign, which we definitely can, we will be able to generate the revenues that we need. So, hindi na natin kailangan pa ang TRAIN.

I have been calling the government’s economic managers to rethink and review their position on the TRAIN because, as I have said, it will severely impact the poor. I am worried of TRAIN's inflationary effect . This will have a direct hit on everyone.

I am an ally of the administration but I also have the duty to look after the interest of the Filipino people who gave me that mandate.

With the BIR and the BOC coming up with impressive numbers, I hope they will listen to this proposal now. Just want to make sure that the proposed tax reform will not be much of a burden to everyone.
