    hassle the paperwork.
i once asked my "car hunter" (a bayan seller acquaintance) to get me a such and such car.
he went a-huntin', saw one and sent me pictures and details.
it was a company car being used as a private car by the company president.
i let him do all the paperwork, including transfers and LTO and stuff, and paid him for his services.
    we both ended up happy.

para sa mga tamad, i.e., "someone whose time is money".
    heh heh.

If yung per day naman doc is a potential 20k-50k a day, sobrang worth it na i delegate to third party.

Magkano naman hiningi ng bayan seller to process po?

Or is it already included na sa commission niya sa sale?

on the table, i figger 10K. the work includes everything, including hunting fee (we all know how time-and patience-consuming that can get), and evaluation of the merchandise.
at the end of the day, he hands me the brand-new LTO OR and CR, all in my name.

but if he was able to wangle a better price from the seller (i am confident he did), kanya na yun.
    i'm satisfied.

    OK lang yung price.
Taas pila sa PNP-HPG Landbank payment at sa LTO.
Yung landbank talaga, maubos pasensya mo sa taas ng line.
How much more dami pang documents asikasuhin since its a company car.

    as an aside.
    landbank.
used to be two branches a block from each other, here.
well, they closed down the one nearer us. "not to many costumers" daw. (i dis-agree! palaging maraming costumers inside. but it was a small branch.)
pues! the remaining branch, i regularly see as i drive by, on certain days, has chairs outside its doors and rounding the corner, for costumer comfort!
inside, para kang nasa airport waiting area. palaging puno ang upuan!
    highs!
