June 20th, 2022 09:58 PM #2I actually agree with his points. Hybrid = double drivetrain = double the complexity. You have the traditional internal combustion engine, and the electric motors and batteries, plus some sort of system to tie them all together. Much more complicated than a pure EV or a pure gasoline car. For long trips that will deplete the small hybrid battery then you get worse mileage than re pure gasoline car.
If the car is for urban use just go full EV. SM has chargers at their malls na naman, if you find traffic is bad and charge is low then stop over for some window shopping while your car charges up.
