Sa akin maintenance and fuel consumption.

Pero kung within metro manila ako nakatira comfort and fuel consumption.

Mahirap kasing maghanap ng parts ng oto dito sa amin

The RIDE: Responsive steering, very good suspension, comfortable, quality of material used.
Performance: adequate torque and horse power
    Reliability
    Good resale value

Your choice of SUV tells who you are, so it should be a quite prestigeous.

    1. Depends on how bad the unpaved road gets when it rains in our area.
    2. I'll make sure it could cross at least 5 ft deep of water, gets bad when it floods in our area.
    3. I'll only look at gas powered suv coz I like to show off. (suv = fuel efficient car = oxymoron)
    4. suv I buy, better not upstage my natural good looks.
    5. Since I live in a city and already have good looks don't really need one.

    :fly:

Edit why do you need one???

Function: What will it be used for?
Cost: Should fit in the budget or else you can't buy it anyways.
Comfort: Should enjoy driving/riding in it.
Fuel economy: Should be the last thing you should worry about if want an suv otherwise buy a Jazz.

I prefer to get true suv's one built on a ladder frame to with part-time 4wd for off road as opposed to crossover suv's made for soft road.

My two cents po (in this order):
    1. Ride quality
    2."Angas" factor
    3. MUST be diesel powered
    4. Availability of parts and ease of maintainance
    5. Price

I honestly don't mind the brand and the year model because I believe that any car can be repaired and restored. Heck, I still like the Kia Sportage even if some people say it sucks! But then again it lacks the "Angas" factor.

It depends on your priorities. If you're looking for comfort, look for crossovers, if you wanna go off-road at times, then go for truck-based SUVs and don't expect a good gas mileage otherwise, buy a kotse. I bought my Xterra for its looks and power. I love its high seating position, the hooks and other bits n pieces n d cargo area, perfect for camping and also great offroad but the gas mileage sucks-just getting 15mpg/city but thats just it-sacrifice for the 261hp 4.0 V6 engine. If you want to be different, buy the Toyota FJCruiser then import mo sa pinas, wow man, everyone will be looking at you although alot of people consider the FJC ugly including me but it looks diffrent indeed. And id still go with Japanese cars/suvs for reliability and bang for ur money.
