No specific spot on where to stick it. but preferably on the upper portion. Left, right or even at the center - it doesn’t matter. as long as it will not distract the driver’s view. In my case i don't stick it - i also have full windshield tint so it's going to be useless. so far plate sticker is good enough though

From the inside, I placed my LTO sticker at the upper rightmost corner. BTW, I also have full windshield tint. Good for 3 years naman so OK na rin.

hindi naman requirement ng LTO na ilagay sa windshield yung sticker. may thread na dito dati.
but they do require the sticker on the plate.
never put my sticker on the windshield, for the past 11 years (3 cars) laging nasa globe compartment lang. never been apprehended.
pangit kasi may naka stick on.

eto ba yung nasa concorde or robinsons handyman na parang clip? or iba?
meron yung parang clip para di nakadikit ang LTo sticker sa glass pero may double sided sticker ang clip so kung full tint ang glass mo, di rin pwede.
yung LTo sticker ko naka patong lang sa dashboard on the corner of the passenger side.
