Tnx sa reply sir. Followup question sir. Plano kong kumuha through bank financing from a bank here in leyte. Would that be possible? If so, kailangan pa kaya ako magpabalik2 ng leyte-manila for the entire transaction?

Depends if your depository bank in leyte agrees to partner with the dealer from Manila. Usually they dont unless you are a special client.
