Between the two, still the CX5. For around the same price, I'd pick the Nissan Xtrail 4x2 over the Tucson.

The facelifted base Subaru Forester (2.0i-L model) is priced at 1.45M and around the same price as the CX5 Pro 2.0L FWD. It still offers a very good package for its price. For something like 1.5M, the Nissan Xtrail 2.5L AWD with discounts is a good option.
