Well, the civic is overall a better car than the city but the age of the cars we're talking about here is a big consideration and may come into play (due to wear and tear and aging).
If the civic is in excellent shape and relatively has the same no of kilometers logged in vis-a-vis w/ the city, i'm going for the former bro

If both cars are on the same shape, go with the Civic. Even if the Civic is older, it's a better car over the newer City.

Kung wala kang budget masyado, City.
If you can afford the higher fuel and maintenance costs of the Civic, then go for the Civic because it's a better car.
