Mahal. Sold my 2009 Altis 1.6G for 320k last year. That was in perfect working condition with absolutely nothing to fix.
I'd expect a 2008 Altis G to be around 280k unless it's in pristine condition.

A second-hand Civic FD (2006-2008) will be a good buy for around 300k

I've owned several 10th gen Altises and would definitely recommend an FD Civic over an Altis.

September 26th, 2018 11:14 AM #9Can you expound more on this? On what criteria is the reason why FD Civic over Altis?
Paano kapag 200-250k budget? 9th gen Altis ba ang recommended?
Edit: relevant blog post review on FD Civic:

I bought my 2011 Altis 2.0V for less than 400k. So I guess you could do better than what was being offered except pristine talaga ride niya.
Average FC ko for the 2.0V for average traffic also is at about 7.5~8km/L. Being your friend's car is a manual, you probably can do better than that also, depending on your driving habits.
Not going for the way better M2 DJ Skyactiv?
