Medyo malaki na din sir nagastos ko sa CRV. Equipment mga nasa 140 to 150k. Napamahal pa yung sa headunit ng Honda because it needs the Connects2 wiring harness that cost 7k kasi we have steering wheel controls for the MID.

Then add fabrication of pillars, woodworks, wiring(includes those expensive Van Den Hul 3T RCAs) and competition-grade deadening. Kulang kulang nasa 200k na din lahat lahat.

mejo nabibitinan na lang ako ngayon and parang gusto ko mag shift to sq/sql.
tanong ko lang sa mga gurus dito, ano ung pwede ko ma retain sa mga gamit ko or palit lahat?
plano ko isa isahin muna tapos pag ok na saka ko pa install, kay simplesound, nakita ko kasi mga gawa niya, pulido lahat at malinis.

Idol James!!! Subukan mo palitan ung sub with a sealed enclosure. Then options either of these 2, upgrade HU with good tuning features or add a processor.

gusto ko sana ported box, kaya lang mabigat kasi. jbl sub lang sana. ok na siguro un?
regarding sa HU, plan ko din sana magpalit, either 1din alpine or 2din pioneer. siguro mga 13k budget.
altho pag nag 2din ako added cost ung console sa ek civic.

Agree with HU first. If you are leaning towards SQ, the 2750bt will do the job. Meron din naman sa CASSP mga 2nd hand HUs with good tuning functions. With regards to the sub, normally sealed for SQ. But there's an interesting post on the other thread about ported boxes used in SQ Ask Jonz what his recommendations are on the gears that you might be able to keep / use for the time being. Good luck

Yup boss James! Siguro nga best route is to get the 2750BT as suggested by Sir Phil then run your setup as full-active. Kapag nakulangan ka sa lower frequency, then time to add a sub and a mono amp.

Go na for the EK 2-din panel. To future proof na din your car. Mas marami ngayong affordable 2-DIN units that has a lot of features that a normal 1-DIN unit at the same price level won't do. Ok na yung 2750BT, it can do full active. Nasa 14k ata yun. Para hindi mabigat, sabihin mo kay Jonz, kilala mo ako, para bigyan ka ng terms. ;)

Sa SQ kasi, importante yung staging and sweetspot. Kelangan the best sound goes to your listening position. And having your setup be on full-active will really help.

Bought two pairs of focal F-series and an amp for my LC200. Sounds way better now. Am using a Joying headunit with the new intel chips so responsiveness, touch sensitivity is like a top of the line smartphone now. Sound is really good. Mickey's autosound installed it.

Ma recommend niyo po ba na mag full active ako kasi wideband yung tweeter or ok na yan hehe.
What DSP ma recommend niyo and what amp for the pioneer sub (120rms). Yung pinakamura na DSP at amp sana hehe.

Sir how could a wide band be an issue? I think going full active would bring out the full potential of your system given that it is tuned properly. For the dsp, I can hook you up with someone selling his 4to6 (galing din sa akin yun actually). Pero, why not invest na lang in a more capable head unit?

Iniisip ko rin yun sir, Baka CDA117 or CDA137. Medyo nanghihinayang lang ako kasi pag ibenta ko HU ko half the price nalang. So mas ano ako sa second hand na DSP. not now pa wala pa budget hehe.
