What is your Car Sound Setup? (Merged Threads)

Good day again sir, ask ko lng kung may nkapag try na baguhin ang set up ng amp pra gumanda lalo ang sounds like sa set up ng amp ko (see below), pwede ko ba i-set sa higher DB? kaso takot ako mag adjust kc sabi nung pinag set up ko eh wag daw babaguhin otherwise masisira ang amps?? totoo ba un? madalas kc talo ng bass ang tweets minsan puro bass n lng naririnig ko at di ko marinig yung lyrics. If ever i adjust ko ang amps dapat ba nka ON ang sounds or nka OFF muna bago i-set. TIA

BTW stock po ang seps ko bale HU, sub and amp lang ang bago (starex 99). Plano ko nga lagyan ng tweeter na nabibili sa blade kso bka nmn puro tagistis na lang marinig ko pag ganun, wala pang budget for new seps kya ask ko na lang muna kayo mga sir kung ano magandang gawin pra lalong gumanda sounds ko.

Xover - half
Bass EQ- 6DB (it has 0, 6 & 12db to choose)
Treble EQ - 0 (zero) DB (it has 0, 6 & 12db to choose)

Channel 3/4
Bass EQ - 0db (it has 0, 6 & 12db to choose)
Treble EQ - 6DB (it has 0, 6 & 12db to choose)
Xover - HPF (it has LPF, HPF & Full to choose)

Amplifier is V12 Power Punch NV-10-A-480 (4 x 80W RMS)
HU - Pioneer 2250 (set on Bass - 6, Mid - 4, Treble - 6)
Subs - JBL GT12 (12")

You didn't specify the gain on the Channel 1/2 vs. 3/4, but I would suggest you try lowering the gain/level on Channel 1/2 (sub out) until it balances with the output to the front seps.

That would be safer than increasing the Channel 3/4 level generally. But if the gain levels are just halfway, try increasing, too.

Mga Sir meron akong speaker ng sony component na luma sa bahay, pwede ko ba ilagay yun in place of stock front speakers? mag ka size ksi, stock po kasi ang front & back speakers ko. Six (6) OHMS yun speaker safe lang ba yun ilagay or baka ma-damage lahat?? Tight budget kasi. :-<

amplifier - intersys 1200watts 5 channel

mga sir napansin ko po na lahat ng speakers ay nakonekta sa amplifier, nabili ko po kasi auto ko included na ung sound set up, paano po ba mgandang gawin para gumanda ung sounds nya, napansin ko rin po na pag umaandar ung engine ko may static po cya, saka po pag nillalakasan bigla pong namamatay ung head unit ko, mga masters help naman po, thanks a lot po.

naglagay lang ako para lang makatulong sa pag cool down ng amps ko..

more on Loud and Clear kasi set up ko more on Demo.. (long hours of playing with loud volume)
