^this, actually may sumpong din yun radyo ko minsan. hihina,,,, lalakas/mas claro. experiment sana and i tried looking for a much longer or higher gain antenna yun screw type kaso wala ako makita na kasukat nung thread ng OEM ng hilux.

driving... the signals do come and go sometimes, depending on how the buildings around are. FM kasi works by line of sight. the signals are not bent nor effectively reflected...
doing AM is also a problem, sometimes.. subject to all sorts of interference... from un-shielded ignition systems, to ill-designed cellphone chargers..

OP (wewoy_romero) - pa-update paps kung ano result after inspecting yung wires / potentially replacing yung antenna. Call me paranoid, pero gusto ko lang din magka-closure with regards sa paghina ng radio reception sa sasakyan ko hehe
