Utp Cable

guys, ive bin wondering if i cud use these utp cables the ones used sa comp shop for replacements for rca and speaker cables

i have alot kasi at home mga 400 meters or so

sayang naman

if i cud use it as replacement wires paano gamitin

do these wires/cables produce better sound than the generic wires and rca cables

if it can accomodate gigabytes of data, it surely can be used as audio cables.

gamit ko ganyan for the past 2 plus years..no probs naman..so i guess pwede. used for both rca and speaker cables..

pwede mo atang gamitin pang RCA lng, pero kung gamitin mo pang Speaker malabo ata, wala ng standard yan... baka iinit lng yan at matunaw ung sheild nya at magkashort madadali pa amplifier o unit mo...

curious lang.... lumulutong kasi ang UTP cables eh, lalo na kung naiinitan. di kaya maka apekto yun sa setup in the long run?

Yep. Lumulutong sya. I used it only as a temporary solution.

seguro kung low power yung amps at speaker mo ok lng, pero kung hi power na amp mo wag mo na lang gamitin, bili ka na lng ng speaker cable....

Pede cguro pero mas maganda pa rin kung speaker wire and RCA. Mag kaiba ang resistance or impedance ng UTP sa speaker wire kaya walang max. power transfer. Tignan mo rin ung frequency response nung UTP kc kung baka d marinig ung ibang frequency lalo na sa low and high frequency.

Computer cable po yan, hindi audio cable.
Hanapan mo na lng yan ng buyer, yung mga bagong magpapatayo ng internet cafe o kayay ipa EBAY mo na lang baka my interesado jan mataas na mn yan di ba... 400m...
E kung sakali my bumili, makabili ka na ng audio/speaker cable, d ka na magwowonder pa......

Actually UTP cables used as speaker wires sound better than a lot of branded speaker wires.
