Sir at your budget parang yung v12 705 na best option mo. Dagdag ka konti pwede na rin yung v12 1507. Either way though, hindi busog subs mo. The 705 is 50x4, tapos yung 1507 is 80x4. Even if you bridge 2 channels for each sub, kulang pa din sa 300w yun.

Di ko rin lang sure kung meron kang makukuhang 2nd hand na mas malakas sa 1507.

Hehe, medyo baguhan din lang ako sa car audio, medyo similar lang tayo ng hinahanap. Hanggang theory lang alam ko pero pag dating sa actual application lalo na in terms of relating it to hardware medyo mahina pa ko.

I suggest you try a car audio specific board like kotseaudioclub or autoaudioenthusiast. Maraming ok dun, maraming matututunan. Make sure you use the search function first though, marami nang napagusapan dun.

Try mo hanapin dun si JEFFTAN, siya yung owner ng Araneta Car Accessories. Very accomodating yan, matutulungan ka nyan.

Forgot to add... Pwedeng gawin mo gamitin mo na lang yung 705 to power your seps tapos kuha ka ng 1507 to power your subs. Malakas na din yan, bibigyan mo naman ng mga 160w kada sub. Parang ganitong setup ang iniisip ko ngayon sa'kin, although isang 12" lang sub ko.

my very first box was ported. at the time i enjoyed the booming sound and people on the next city block hearing me coming.

after awhile i started to feel like i would rather have the best possible sound quality for my own listening enjoyment, even at the expense of the boom. so i went with a sealed box the next time and never went back...

actually, paps, ala 'atang orig na 705..kasi hindi ata nag-release ang alpine ng series na ito, eh..(nabasa ko sa isa'ng forum ito, di ko lang maalala kung saan, eh..)

tapos regarding sa RMS rating, overrated ata itong amp na ito, mga 60-70 rms lang siya...malinis siya for seps..sa sub, pwede din, may boom na din..

QUESTION mga peeps. Anong difference ng performance and efficiency ng sub pag install mo eh pabaliktad yung bang front is facing inside the boom box rather than the conventional way? and what is a bandpass box?

sealed box for more throw, mostly use for outdoor sound system, but needs more power to drive. produces more tighter bass notes.

ported, provided you have the correct hole and tube length, offers more efficiency - less power to produce bass notes. sabi nga nila gives the more boom boom sound.

my preference, ported.
