Or do i need a specialist to do this stuff?

You have to remove parts of the console to be able to remove the HU. Don't risk it... I suggest you bring it to a specialty car audio shop, and have them do it. There are Intense, Pony, Mickey's, Mach2audio, etc.

Meron ka na ba ipapalit? Or bibili ka pa lang. If you'll purchase one pa lang, you can have it installed in the same shop you'll buy it in for a minimum amount (if not for free).

Napansin ko yung ibang Pioneer units, will need a couple of metal sticks to unlock the unit. But some vehicle makes and models will need some panel access just to remove the unit.

pag tanggal na pala lahat ng screw eh eh hilahin mo yung dashboard at wag yung pa-angat... then you have to disconnect the clock..

diskarte lang yan...wala naman maselan eh...mas maselan yung pagpapalit or wiring nung HU..baka hindi match yung harness ng new HU mo so u need to cut the wires of the old harness..
