...recommended amp for seps (SQ)

....mga bro, ano ba marerecommend niyo na amp to drive my seps? yung malinis talaga tumunog. also, what specs should i look for in an SQ amp?

...though medyo budgeted ako, recommend kayo ng medyo branded para mag hunting nako ng 2nd hand.

...6" aura seps pre. im still trying to resolve the popping sound coming from the tweets pero feeling ko parang may tama na rin yung amp (the left dBh indicator needle is not moving).

Whether 2 or 4 channel depends on how many speakers you want to drive. Watts per channel depends on how much the speaker can handle (although you can set the gain, someone might change it, like the mechanic's curious assistant).

Generally 2 channels will power two sets of speakers, left and right. 4 channels can power... you guessed it: 4 sets - Left Front, Right Front, Rear Left, Rear Right. But then there is this concept of bridging, so a 4 channel amp can be wired to power two sets, with higher output. The amp specs will tell you if it can be bridged.

Power: generally, if your speaker can handle 50W RMS, a 50W RMS amp will do. There are conflicting schools of thought as to whether you can drive it with a 75W RMS or a 35W RMS amp and not have problems, or claim they sound better. If you can audition several amps with your speakers at the store, the better chances of your getting what you want based on hearing preferences. One other thing to make sure is that you are reading the RMS of both the speaker and the amp, and the amp is xW RMS into y channels, where y is the number of speaker sets you want to drive.

main advantage po ng 4-channel amp is the fade function (from front to back, vice-versa). for instance, may natutulog sa likod, ayaw nyong maabala, pwede nyong i-fade yung sound sa harap lang, para di masyadong malakas sa likod.

Nope. Check mo na lang sa manual ang RMS rating nyan. Baka overrated pa yung 400.

depende po, some speakers pareho yung peak and RMS power nila, but most of the time di pareho, so check nyo na lang yung box or manual. as for the amp to drive them, more power the better, para di ma-stress out yung amp nyo which results in clipping and possible damaging your speakers. i-match nyu na lang po yung power ng amp nyo sa RMS rating ng speakers. depende rin sa type of music that you listen to. kung mahilig kayo sa classical, jazz, or vocals where you go from soft to loud a lot, then more power is needed to accomodate the dynamics of the songs/music.
