October 29th, 2006 04:45 PM #5di ko sure pare eh...pioneer deh-p5450 hu ko..baka alam mo kung ano jack nun bro...hindi ba yung jack nito sa hu is yung dalawa??yung red and white most of the times???di ko kasi alam tawag dun eh..yung dalawa ba yun yung rca type???ano yun 3.5mm???ilan ulo nun??

yung pair na red and white, that's the rca.
yung 3.5mm isa lang butas nun (female) yung male naman isa lang din ulo nun, it's similar to the jack of earphone of ipod, walkmann etc.
but the 5450 sports the rca type.
you just need a stereo male mini jack connector (3.5mm coming from your ipod ear phone jack) to rca connector. ang dami nyan sa ace hardware. though mind you connecting from the earphone of ipod would introduce distortion in the sound. its better to buy a separate line level out connector
you can check this website, ito yung gamit ko, baka makaita ka ng similar dito sa pinas.

the other more expensive option is the rb-10

sic imp ang tawag... you can check out the website.
distortion results in the fact that the output from the headphone is not level, you can actually control the volume from the ipod and your headunit at the same time. its better if the the ouput is a level signal, and just control the volume from the HU
