i was wondering kung ano mas maganda. Subs and box sa likod ng seats, kung kasya o kung may gumagawa nito or change front speakers and back speakers to 3way and add seps?
Gusto kasi yun likod ng seats may space pa para lagyan ng tools.
    Frontier nga pala ride ko

add seps na muna sa front since priority mo yung space sa likod IMO ;)

if you want good/ample bass.. you need to put a sub.. changing your front speakers to seps wont do anything but just make the sound clearer since yung speakers mo lahat nasa door.. what i did with my p-up is to put a bazooka type sub (made by pyle) na detachable yung connections para kung maraming uupo sa backseat pwedeng tanggalin..and also add speakers sa rear door para hindi puro bass ang naririnig nung rear passengers.. kasi ang kasya lang sa rear compartment ng pickup ko eh yung cd changer..also below the front passenger seat is where the amp goes..

kimpoy , I didn't go for the bazooka. hehe parang di kasya at saka baka kulangin sa bass. so I'm saving up for something better.

quiksie , better know first what your after. SPL or SQ? with a pickup you could use the backseats by using 8in. subs with carefully fabricated boxes. the amps go either go to the ceiling or the under of the seat (kasya yun). changing the speakers will just fortify your highs and mids. oo nga pala, know first kung ilan ang speakers mo. sa strada 6speakers na naka jbl na (stock). From there palang, the speakers can go last. hehe sayang yung mga jbls. :D

mahirap ipagkasya ang mga tubular powered subs. I guess you just have to try it out kung kasya. I could still remember someone here on pioneers na nagkasya sa likuran ng strada.

speaking of setups....guys help me out!!! sabi saken mahina daw S8L7...better daw kung bigger sa may cargo bed na lang...eh mukhang mas gagastos ako sa windows palang...walang windows ang rear cab windshield ko...what do you guys think?

Bro suggestion lang, try Infinity Basslink 10" self-amplified subs. Perfect for your pick-up, good enough bass. According to reviews, it's much better than bazookas. Check out http://www.infinitysystems.com/caraudio/hot_news.aspx
