    DLS-B6A separates
    stock mitsu coaxials sa rear
Sound Magus C160 4-channel amplifier (to power the DLS and the sub)
JBL GT5-12 subwoofer enclosed sa ported computed box
    sound deadening

    suggestions are welcome...

    thanks po!

    ano ba kotse mo? montero?

if you can get yung mga older models na alpine na may time alignment get those! time alignment really makes a difference while tuning the speakers

you can run the front components and the sub in the back as long as the sub box is properly ported and the speakers is tuned.

Usually good components need each speaker to have its own channel.
So you need 2 amps 1 4 channel for the components and then 1 single/mono amp for the sub

i have this set up on my car and maganda talaga yung sound medyo matipid pa sa speakers coz harap yung components and 1 JL10w6 sub sa trunk

yup sir. montero ang sasakyan ko. okay sana alpine but i want to use the stock head unit eh...

anyway, yung front seps ko po would be powered by a 4-channel amp. pati yung sub bridged connection din from the same amp. yung coax sa likod will be powered by the HU. so in a way meron din control per speaker yun nga lang hindi per channel kundi per pair. tama po ba? :D

    Sir xtian,

Question lang po.

pang FILL in lang nman yung rear speakers eh
as long as ok yng speakers (front components) youll be fine

like i said sa kotse ko i have a set of focal components up front and a 10" sub in the back and it sounds pretty good IMO.

its better to run the speaker per channel so the SQ wont suffer
just buy a good affordable amp for your sub and youll be fine.
also malaki nman kotse mo so kasya nman 2 amp

Sir sa set-up po ninyo..a pair is enough for SQ set-up but if want loud and clear..dalawa sa harap at ang stock na speaker ninyo sa likod it is not enough..

    You need to have these!!

    Or this one..

Sir Sago, nakapagpakabit na ako sa Winterpine ng seps (front), coax (back), at amp. Nung una gamit ko yung luma kong RF na sub, pero since nabenta na yun (just last week), nagpapagawa ako ngayon kay Mickey ng OEM-look na sub enclosure para sa likod. Setup details so far are:

Head unit: JVC KD BT-22 (stock)
    Amp: DLS XD40
    Front Speakers: DLS XSC62
    Rear Fill: DLS 226

Sub: still choosing between Image Dynamics XTC104, Image Dynamics ID10v3, or JL 10WOV2

That's the big question..you need to measure how much space (max space) dahil ang 10" pagnasa tamang box design it will still be loud..
    (Im talking a Ported enclosure).

Im sure your thinking dahil 12" malakas na..it is not the case sir dahil pag ang montero mo ay limited ang space at isaksak mo ang 12" not in proper enclosure madisappointed po kayo sa outcome (pangit po ang response ng bass ninyo)...

IMHO sa single 10" po ussually ilagay ko yan from 1.50 -1.75 cub/ft internal vol. (after displacement ng SUB at Port..so you need to build a slightly bigger enclosure)

For single 12" po I would really recommend minimum 2 cubic/ft to 3 cub/ft max internal volume after displacement..

kung magseald kayo..it is up to you..(ussually itong ang recommend ng mga installer para lang makabenta)..pero it will give a you flat response ng bass..

    Hope this will help..sir..

thanks for the info sir xtian!
