The difference between batteries such as Stinger with our everyday Motolite is that they're designed for different applications. The main difference is that Stingers are designed to be drained and recharged frequently. Do that to a Motolite and you'll severely cut the lifespan of your Motoline battery.

For what it's worth, I'm just using an Amaron battery if that'll give anybody peace of mind as to which battery should they get. My batteries don't last long though.. my last one just lasted 2 1/2 years. I kinda attributed this since they're being drained at times (especially on days when I want to crank my volume up). Ok na ako sa 2 1/2 years rather than paying double for Stinger battery that will last probably 1.5x longer.
