In any case, go for it.
thanks for the reply. anyway the shop owner even guaranteed that the speakers are better sounding than jbl gto seperates

Yes black and red. What I know is that V12 amplifiers are made by Alpine. Pero walang Alpine na tatak. Correct me if I'm wrong. What about its performance?

Those are china or taiwan made na sir...In short, hindi na po alpine mga yan...Okay nman po yan...yung 805 na may powerpunch na nakalagay, okay po yan...saw and installed plenty of setup with that budget amplifier...

Ask ko lang where do I plug my tweeters? Sa amp ba or sa stereo?

Kasi I plugged in my seps directly sa stereo (bypassing the amp) for a while now... Then I tried plugging the seps kahapon to the amp and nagulat ako kasi mas naging klaro, although parang naging makalansing masyado, overpowering yung tweeters. Naka set naman sa 0 boost yung treble.

    Thanks!

kung component speakers/separates, dapat kasi may passive crossover. so kahit saan mo sila ikabit pwede. kung sa amp, sa full mo ilagay (both hpf and lpf), either way frequencies will still be filtered by the passive crossover. (pa-correct nalang mga gurus kung mali ako)

Yes may passive xover.

Nilagay ko below the dash. Oks na ngayon

Edit: fixed kasi ang gain (walang gain pot/knob) in 0, +6, and +12db increments

Hihingi lang po ako ng advice.

Stock po ang headunit and speakers on all four doors.

Most passive crossovers have tweeter attenuation controls naman. You should check your settings doon.

If not, just balance it by increasing the output of the other regions (midrange, midbass) by increasing the midbass gain.

Ganun talaga mga tweeter, they're highly sensitive to power. Give them 2W of power, you'll be doing 93 decibels. On the otherhand, a midbass getting 2W of power will usually be doing just 80ish decibels.

In most cases, no you do not need to add another amplifier. Most head units have built-in 18W RMS mosfet amps into the head units and you might want to use those before jumping the gun for an amplifier.

The amount of wattage depends on your listening levels.

Sir, yung wattage level ba na ganoon for the speakers ay maganda na ang output for SQ with good bass? Salamat sir.

audio gurus, what's the better choice: 10 yr old rockford amp or brand new china amp (kinetic & lightning lab)?

how many watts per channel would be considered as SQ? how about LNC?

How many watts you need... depends on your system. The three most tell-tale indicators are: How loudly do you listen? How is your installation? How sensitive are your drivers?

SQ has never been loudness wars. It has always been: tonality, soundstaging, and imaging. If you do not know what those three are, Google is your friend. For what it's worth, most "SQ" judging sessions consume less than 200W in most cases.

I keep telling people. There's no SQ watts, there's no LnC watts. Watts is a measurement of rate of energy transfer. There's only OUTPUT. You can have a 2000W RMS mono amplifier feeding a 0.75 cu.ft sealed box and my 3 cu.ft ported box with 300W of power will STILL be louder.

People are overthinking your wattage needs and underestimating how powerful 100 watts really is. In fact, when you're simply doing background listening (80dB), you're using something like <20W of power.

Noob here....My present audio setup for my Innova vvti 2008 is still the 2din stock audio (no video). Now 7inch tablets are quite cheap nowadays. Would a 7inch tab fit the audio compartment of innova? How about the audio connections or stock speakers of the car would it be workable?

The most common way is integration of the tablet and your head unit. This might come in the form of AUX or for the likes of iPads, their lightning connectors which are digital.

There's no way to make a tablet work in a car as a standalone device.
