audio set-up for beginners (ARCHIVED)

mga sir pwede po ba tong ganitong set up
ang HU ko is DEH-1250, targa seps x652c, 12" targa sub and 2 v12f710 and question po 1 lang preout sa deh-1250 pwede parin ba mag 2 amp dun? and anung klaseng box po ba maganda sa 12 sub para hindi masyadong ma ubos yung trunks space ko big body po yung auto TIA

grabe ka nmn pare sa amplifier 2 V12 f710 pa pwede nmn 1 v12 f710 to power (2)12 sub at isang v12 f705.
at sa box naman maganda yung ported, pare yang DEH-1250 ok na yan bro

hi, newbie lang ako sa forums.i would also consider myself as a beginner in audio setups although reading old posts has helped me alot.

ok ba ito for 2008 strada glx?

stock HU: Alpine CDE 9874e 45watts x 4 amplifier
stock speakers (4) - not sure about brand and specs

to be added:
Kicker DX 2000.4 200 watts - 9.5k (4 channel to power all speakers)
NBN NA 1000 300 watts - 4k (built-in amp, box included)
wiring 1.5k
no installation fee

notes:
-saka na ako magpapalit ng seps and HU. amp and subs are priority.
-amp is small, subs is a flat, kasya pareho sa magkabilang front seat.
-i canvassed at auto gadget near metro walk, corner of meralco ave and j. vargas.
-i'm after sound quality, sharpness, etc. not really power in the subs. NBN lang meron sila, i thought baka ok na ito.

ok ba yung autogadget? may balita kayo? the guy jeff seemed really nice. resonable kausap.

linatag niya yung mga available na amp and subs, ako namili. ako rin nagdecide na amps and subs muna, saka na seps and HU.

wala rin akong panahon pumunta sa banawe. so di pa complete canvassing ko.

Okay lang iyon dahil ikaw naman pala ang pumili ng mga gamit .Kung sakali man maayos iyan paturo ka sa kaniya ng mga tamang setting sa pagtono ng tunog. Kahit gaanong kamahal ang lahat ng gamit mo sa sound system kung hindi marunong ang pumipihit hindi lalabas ng maganda ang tunog ng set up mo.

thanks. yup kelangan ko lang ng help don sa pag set ng sound. mas curious ako sa reviews on the quality of NBN products. gawa ata sa taiwan or china. parang hindi ganon ka kilala eh. yung kicker, kilalang brand and ok lang sakin mag invest sa ok na amp. sa subs lang nga, hindi kelangan powerful for me pero ayoko din mag risk sa hindi ok na brand. whats your take on the NBN brand?

Hindi ako masyadong familiar sa NBn na subwoofer nakita ko lang iyan may demo sila sa Ribinson Malate Handy man . Suggest ko mayroon ding Infinity, Earthquake , Pyle na U.S. Gawa.

thanks. brand conscious din ako. kaya i'm also thinking of getting a pioneer for both amp and subs. may flats din naman sila anyway. saka para din hindi na ako mag aalala sa service kung masira man.

thanks for your comments. iniintay ko nalang mawala warranty ng strada ko. kse sayang din kung mawala at masira dahil sa audio set up. a few months nalang naman at 3 years old na.

guys im haven't touched the stock sound system ng focus tdci ko coz im satisfied with sound it delivers. i like to change the headunit but budget prohibits me from doing so. being a newbie in sound setup, i found an hone tablet from archos that's pretty cheap. im just wondering if pwede ba sya gamitin na head unit for my car. it's got impressive video codec playability tapos android pa yung OS. here's the product link: http://tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=6222130.

only problem is wala sya fm transmitter. what do you guys think?

pwede na po yan sir isang v12 f710 lang wag ka mag dalawa niyan baka di na kayanin ng alternator mo kasi malakas humila ng power yang amp na yan
ganito gawin mo isang v12 f710 i-bridge mo yung ch 1 & 2 para sa sub's mo mas maganda kung dalawa ikabit mo tapos i series mo yung dalawa para di mag init ang amplifier mo, then yung ch 3 & 4 to power your seps

tip ko lang dapat hindi bababa ng 60 ampre ang battery mo, actually dapat nga 80 ampre ang gamitin mo kasi yang power ng amp na yan 2x80 ampre ang fuse niyan, at mas maganda kung dagdagan mo na din ng 1.5 farad o kaya 2 farad capacitor:chopper:

hi mga sir... im starting to have my van put up a basic SQ setup and I would like to ask for your assistance...

This is what I currently have:

1. JVC HU - KD series (stock lang - planning to change when budget is available)
2. stock 4 inch speakers (located on both sides of the dashboard)

Not yet installed:
1. Infinity Kappa Series "10 inch Sub
2. A/D/S 4 channel Amplifier

This is what im thinking of...
1. Add or replace the 2 stock speakers
2. Add 2 more coaxials at the back of the van
* coaxials powered by the amp and sub?
* coaxials powered by HU and amp to run the sub only


or

1. Replace or remove the stock speakers
2. Put speakers on each of the front doors (1 pc each door lang.)
3. Put speakers on each of the back doors (1 pc each door ulit)
4. Sub will be located in the back.
5. Still contemplating if the amp can power the coaxials / seps together with the amp.

if you have any or better simple and budget friendly setup.. please assist me naman... not sure what kind of seps / coaxials or kind of speakers best i can have.

sir,

replace front speakers with 5.25 / 6-inch separates.
add 6-inch coaxials to the rear.
your a/d/s amp can power the whole system.
make sure u gotta fuse up front.
replace hu with a pioneer stereo.

on a budget? get Ryan Audio speakers. they're the best!

a friend of mine is an audio installer. lipa-based.
