I'm not sure with the Alpine's V12 price since hindi na ako updated ngayon but V12 is a good starting point for anybody beginning to get into car audio. Stay away from the Kicker, at 2,000php, it's obviously a fake. At hindi ko maintindihan kung anong pinapagsabi mo sa "baffle". Hindi kita yun speaker cone? huh? There are only 3 types of baffles: IB, sealed, ported. There are others like isobaric but this are more advanced and harder-to-implement baffles. From what I can understand, your box is in this category?

From your budget, get a JBL GT5 and use a ported box for it. This wouldn't be SQ but you'll be able to play loudly compared to a sealed box.
