Android growl audio

Hi,

Sorry if I'm reviving this old thread. I got a unit from Growl audio recently, and I want to know if you're having the same experience when you put it in reverse activating the backup camera. The music I'm playing (Spotify) is muted during reverse. Is there a way the just keep on playing the music even when the car is put in reverse?

I have growl HU for my TB. There was an option either to keep playing the music or you want to mute the music while reversing. You can go to car settings. For me, i chose to mute the music while reversing to hear the sensor as additional safety apart from my reversed cam.

Hi Sir, thanks I found it! :hooray: yep sir I had it installed by growl audio. it seems "settings" lang yung icon sa HU ko as with any android device, and not "car settings". I got a bit worried there

Has anyone installed Growl's 12 inch vertical screen HU? How is it? Does it retain all the steering wheel controls for the HU?

Hi need you inputs guys. Im having trouble deciding if i should go for growl /joying or pioneer head unit. Gonna use it for backup cam, waze and paminsan na pag view ng video pag out of town trips. Budget is nsa 15-20k pero kaya naman pigain upto 30k tipid nalng sa ibang gastusin but cyempre kung sulit naman yung midrange duon ako. I intend to use the car for more than 10years so concern ko is.

1. Tatagal ba ng 10 years ++
2. Ma update ko ba yung HU para ma connect ko sa specs ng mobile phone (every 3-4yrs siguro ako makakapag palit ng phone ko)
3. Sulit ba kung pioneer yung kunin ko high end for carplay and android auto?
